All material invoiced at prices in effect at time of shipment. Prices are subject to change without notice. A service charge of 2% per month which is 24% annum will be added to all past due invoices. Unless noted by the Seller, an invoice is past due 31 days following the sale. Buyer aggress to pay all cost, expenses and attorney�s fees incurred by Magwerks in collecting sums due or in regaining possession of said merchandise or in enforcing or recovering any damages, losses or claims against buyer. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns on electrical control parts, long form certified instruments, or cut cables. Buyer agrees that goods sold by Magwerks are sold exclusively under Magwerks Terms and Conditions, regardless of verbage on Buyers PO.
